Develop Infineons future talent through a 2 years international training program, targeting Application Engineering (software and hardware) for Automotive Powertrain Systems
Areas of Responsibility
Understand company organisation, products portfolio & semiconductor technology & production
Understand roles and principles of marketing
Product portfolio analysis for target application
Develop marketing strategies
Develop new products ideas
Understand Automotive Systems Powertrain, Safety& Body.
Understand quality, reliability and validation process
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define & develop System Architectures for Automotive Powertrain Systems
Provide technical solutions to customer requirements
Promote Infineon products to technical audiences
Liaise with chip development engineers on a need basis
Author architecture, design, test specifications and customer documents
Education:
B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MS in Mechatronics/Electronics
Freshers from Tier 1 Engineering Institutes ( IITS, NITs Only )
Specific or Entrepreneurial Knowledge:
Is outspoken, can socialize, Willing to Travel
Savvy about sales, marketing and R&D
Is willing to spend approx. 2 years abroad (Singapore & Munich)
Good team player in a multi-site work environment in a matrix reporting structure
Embedded system software development/validation in C
Good knowledge of computer architecture (16/32bit), real-time systems
Knowledge in power electronics preferred
Excellent Written and Oral English Communication
