Strong analytical and logical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Preparing management audit plan and executing it: - Completion of pre-agreed annual calendar covering (a) companies (b) areas
2. Preparing audit reports, getting management comments, preparing presentations and follow-up on the action taken report
3. M&A Identification: Understanding the requirements of businesses for M&A, Target Screening as per the M&A criteria, Evaluating M&A opportunities, Co-ordinating with group companies and advisors, Evaluating new business opportunities wrt group strategy and investment potential
4. M&A Execution: Conducting preliminary study based on set parameters, Review of NDAs, Term Sheets, Final Documentation, Conducting / Co-ordinating for the DD, Conducting valuation and other financial analysis, Participate in commercial negotiations, Preparing presentations for top management approval
5. Develop post-merger integration strategy and co-ordinate its implementation
