Responsibility & Key Result Areas
"Does implementation of key modules, when necessary" and can develop quick working prototypes, when necessary.
Does component module/ sub- system design
Performs the role of a specialist by reviewing work products
Supports in project estimation, planning and risk management activities
Performs the role of a Requirements Engineer by analyzing and understanding the Functional Requirements Specification.
Manages technical communication with customers
Participates in process tailoring
Exposure to C++, C# .NET, WCF, WPF, HTML5 along with exposure to database design.
Strong design patterns and OO design experience; strong multi-threaded programming experience
Experience in implementing IHE standards
Web Services, COM, SOA, Healthcare industry related experience such as DICOM and HL7.
Can generate test cases for complex problems
Is able to guide team members in their implementation activities
Testing and debugging skills
Capable of effectively reading code
Abstraction and analytical skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to evaluate tradeoffs between multiple technical approaches and choose one
