Job Description:
As a Lead Technical Consultant you will need to:
Have an excellent understanding of the product features and its technology platform to assemble a Business Solution.
Work with our current and prospective customers to integrate Seclores products with their existing enterprise systems.
End to end responsibility for the integration components involving Requirements, Analysis, Design, Development, Quality and Maintenance.
Proactively create documentary artifacts like system integration specifications, API documents, requirement specifications, FAQs...etc.
Be able to show case the hybrid solution via demos, user trainings and effective documentation.
Work side by side with the Solution consulting team to ensure high quality deliverables across the entire SDLC of the integration project.
Learn and build expertise on various technologies and platforms as per the project requirements.
Desired:
You should have:
A technical degree (Engineering, MCA) from a reputed institute with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience.
Expertise in either .NET or Java based applications from a complete SDLC perspective.
Adequate knowledge of RDBMS like SQL Server and/or Oracle from the application software development perspective.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical staff to present and demonstrate solution concepts.
Ability to manage customer expectations and work independently on project assignments.
It would be nice if you have:
Architecture, Design and Development experience in application integration across multiple enterprise systems.
Personal Attributes we are looking for:
An analytical frame of mind to identify multiple solutions to the same problem, to help in decision making.
A can do attitude to be able to work within existing constraints and come up with innovative ideas that may not be obvious or apparent.
Maturity and level headedness to be handle difficult situations and still maintain healthy relationships with customers and partners.
