Job Description :
Job Role: Application Production Support (Legal, Compliance & Control APS)
Job Purpose: To be a Application Production Support Analyst for the AML and L,C&C applications. (3-5 years of Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide technical and functional support to end-users.
2. To be the first point-of-contact and handle Level 1/2.
3. Meet the objectives set by Reporting Manager (Onshore and offshore) so as to meet organization goals
4. To provide user requests/incidents follow-up until their resolution.
5. To priorities your workload in a continually fast-moving environment whilst managing conflicting requests and keeping within deadline.
6. Batch monitoring / Incident Management / Problem Management
7. User Access Management
8. Release Activities
9. Weekend / Holiday coverage (as and when required)
Education Background: Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field / MCA.
Technical knowledge & Skills:
1. Very Good Knowledge of Windows 2008 Server
2. PL/SQL (Oracle 11)
3. MS SQL Server 2008
4. Tomcat 6 Webserver
5. Comfortable in Scheduling Tools like Dollaru,Univiewer,any other scheduling tools
6 .Comfortable in Monitoring Tools like Sysload
7. Understanding of ITIL processes
8. Working knowledge of Tomcat/ Apache,IIS & Webservices
9. Unix (Good to have)
Shift Timings: (07:00 AM 03:30 PM) or (01:00 PM 09:30 PM)
Preferred Industry/domain experience: Banking Industry having Application Production Support

Behavioral Skills/Competencies:
1. Very good communication skills including excellent English
2. Ability to operate with limited support & supervision
3. Ability to priorities workloads and manage conflicting requests on time
4. Team Player
5. Professional and positive attitude
