Designation - CSA / CSR
Shift - Night
Job Responsibilty Includes:
Billing, Data Integrity & Display/Revenue Reporting.
Trafficking and reporting to clients by daily/ monthly reports, inventory reports, and error reports on ad campaigns through appropriate systems.
Monitoring tracking, delivery, and campaign performance on a regular basis to meet client performance goals.
Tags Activation, Content Monitoring, Data Analysis and Data Management.
Providing daily account and campaign performance reports.
Tracking, analyzing and summarizing program results and progress
Provide clients with budget updates.
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly data
Will have twice in month call with Client to discuss the quality, utilization of the employee and if any trouble shooting they want it in urgent.
Manual Reports Reports which depicts the data from 3rd party sites/scheduled reports everyday.
Data Integrity/Matrix Sheet Analyzing & Normalizing the discrepancies for publishers by checking data which includes Tag mapping, scraping and rebuilding.
Skills required :
Should have good communication skill (Written & Oral)
Should have strong knowledge on MS Excel , MIS, Data / Report maintenance, Vllokup, Pivot chart.
Should be willing to work in UK & US shift
Internet usage knowledge is a must
