Date of Notification - 17.03.2014
Last date for submission of applications - 15.04.2014
Last date for payment of Fee through Bank or Post Office - 17.04.2014
Date of Written examination - 14.06.2014 FN 10.00 A.M to 01.00 P.M.
Application fee: Examination fee - Rs.125/- (Examination Fee Rs.75/- + Cost of Application Rs.50/-) (Rupees One hundred and twenty five only)
Selection process: Selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the Written Examination and District option exercised by the candidates following rule of reservation of appointments.
VAO Exam Pattern and Syllabus 2014
Candidates will be provided a duration of 3 hours.
Question paper will be of Objective Type in two types.
General Knowledge-100 Marks with General Tamil-100 Marks
General Knowledge-100 Marks with General English-100 Marks

Aptitude & Mental Ability Test (20 items)
General Tamil / General English (80 items)
