Job Description :
Des: Specialist, HR Operations (background Verification)
Responsibilities:
Driving the Background Verification Process and ensuring cases are initiated and managed efficiently to closure
Develop, establish and oversee the Background Verification process including Vendor Management, reporting and analysis and awareness of related regulatory and legal requirements, both of the Client as well as of the Country.
Continually re-assess the operational risks inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures, management restructures, and the impact of new technology
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Key Result Areas:
Maintain overall Background Verification process ownership (accuracy, effectiveness and timeliness)
Manage and publish periodic updates based on organizational requirement as per timelines
Manage periodic reporting and analysis on projects undertaken based on organizational requirement as per timelines
Review existing reports and suggest improvements to the same
Analyze data to identify trends / patterns that emerge and suggest recommendations to address those
Support automation initiatives for the department that will help in improving the quality of reports and timelines
