Eligibility Criteria:
B.E/ B.Tech /Degree / Diploma with basic domain knowledge in Networking concepts
Prior Experience from an International Technical Support (VOICE) is highly preferred
Must have outstanding WRITTEN AND VERBAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Shifts : Rotational night shifts
Designation : Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer or Application Engineer.
Responsibilities :
Handling US customers and troubleshooting their technical queries
Completely involved in troubleshooting technical problems
Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing superior Business support.
