Qualification:B.E/B Tech (CS/IT), BCA or BSc comp
Need to Have : Product support/Application Support experience,Good Communication skills , Troubleshooting Skills,Analytical bent of mind,HTML/JS knowledge,Web savvy
Good to Have : Customer Service experience,Online Ad Ops experience,Experience in DFP, DFA
Responsibilities:
Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to end to end usage of advertisement operations tool.
Provide email based technical support to clients in different geos - 24*7
Follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs - TFR, TRT, TAT, FCR
Maintain high CSAT
Any Technology unless the candidate are willing to work for Support position and Night Shift.
Ready for: Process Training Certification , US Shifts
Walk in On : 5th (Saturday) and 6th (Sunday) of April 2014
