Job Description:
Recruitment: One of the Major functions in HR Tower and it will support all towers of IBM for End to End hiring requirement.
Recruiter will be responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle.
Recruiter will be involved in hiring volume hiring. Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing , Scheduling, Selection and candidate documentation. Candidate will be responsible to meet On boarding weekly targets. Candidate will be connecting with vendor partners and drive them to source and schedule quality candidates. Candidate will be responsible for data Management. Candidate also must be ready to travel to location on hiring events.
Total years of experience: 2 - 4 years
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in Recruitment Life Cycle
At least 1 year experience in HR Ops
At least 1 year experience in MIS & Operations
English: Fluent
