RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for assessing, understanding and providing services to internal employees of a North American Telecom giant. This would include managing Service Requests raised by any user for Installation, Move, Add, Change or Disconnect Requests, Complaints, Project Requests, and acting as a single point of contact as defined in job descriptions contained within the Customers internal communication.
Responsible for providing solution to the customer and ensure:
Customer Satisfaction
No rework thereby meeting RFT (right first time)
Transaction accuracy
Meeting the activation date of the service
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
Willing to work in night shifts
Good communication skills
Excellent Email writing skills
Excellent logical reasoning
Strong learning skills
Strong analytical skills, problem resolution
Ability to work with complex systems
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work on a very short term schedule
Basic computer knowledge
PREFERRED SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
MS Office : Word intermediate and Excel intermediate
WORK EXPERIENCE:
6Months - 1 Year Experience in Telecom preferred
