Experience : 1 to 2 yrs (Jobs for 1 Year Experience)
Job Description :
The team member 1 examines inputs for completeness, upload them, process, check control reports and generate error free and timely outputs for dispatch to clients.
Checks / validates and processes all reimbursement claims.
Manages small employee number clients 250 / 300 employees and 2- 3 clients
Works under the supervision / guidance of Team Leader
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate, preferably B. Com, BBA
6 months t 1.5 years of experience in accounts / payroll / statutory compliances / retrial benefits in a medium to large organization.
Basic understanding of salary structures, employee benefits, tax rules and / or retrial benefits desired.
Good communication skills both written and spoken English desired.
