Position: Customer Support Associate (CSA) at Tech Mahindra (BSG Division) (Inbound/Backend)
Eligibility & Mandate:
Any Undergraduate/Graduate
Excellent written & verbal communication + presentation skills in English, Bengali and Hindi
0 - 2 years of experience in Domestic BPO/any industry
Maximum age limit 35 years
Flexibility with rotational shifts (Note- For female they have to be flexible till 9PM)
Basic computer knowledge
Work Location is Tech Mahindra, Kolkata

Resolving customers queries
Customer satisfaction
Maintain consistent quality by adhering to given quality parameters
Skill Set:
Must possess effective communication skills English, Bengali & Hindi
Excellent consulting and communication skills
Should be able to work under pressure
Active listener
Computer savvy; Typing speed 20 to 25 wpm with 90% accuracy.
Demonstrate effective questioning skills and techniques to gage learner understanding.
Should be able to receive feedback on courseware and delivery.
