Role: Executive HR (Talent Acquisition)
Responsibilities
Excellent Communication Skills is Mandatory
End to end recruitment
Sourcing the potential candidates from various sources i.e. Job portal sites, Employee reference, Placement Agencies, Internal E-Recruitment Site etc.
Getting Requisition open for the new requirement with its approvals. Accessing & maintaining internal e-recruitment system specially designed for effective recruitment
Maintaining database and sending reports to the senior management whenever required.
Conducting Walk-in Recruitment Drives across various cities
Conducting HR interviews of candidates to check their communication proficiency, stability, aspirations and fitment to the role.
Offer negotiations with candidates.
Dealing with issues of joining, like Notice Period buy-out, Relieving letter, Separation Process in their current organization, DOJ etc.
Maintaining various recruitment reports as per each skill handled from time to time.
