- Huge Requirement
- New Process (Travel)
- Walk-in immedietely to get Pilot Batches
Basic expectation:
Computer literate ( Typing speed 20wpm Required )
Good English communication skill
Min HSC passed
Job Profile:
Customer call handling
Responsible for answering customer support calls for International / Domestic Air / Hotel/Train enquiries from customers
To provide a quality customer service & support via telephone to ensure that customers hold correct travel documentation. This includes re-issuing of tickets, amendments to PNRs, processing of BSP & actioning of ticketing queues.
Rotational shifts (Morning For Females)
