Job responsibilities
Investigate customer interactions with the site as well as site behavior and performance, using IBM Tealeaf replay and analytics tools
Communicate results of investigations to business, development, operations, or support groups
File defects or change requests, as needed
Basic qualifications
Communication
o Effective business communication skills
o MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of basic Web technologies
o HTML, Java scripting and Web scripting principles
o Client/server request and response communications, server status codes
Analysis (added advanteg)
o Experience with data analysis
o Basic statistics
o Advanced MS Excel skills, including charting and pivot tables
Documents to be carried for the interview
Last three months pay slip.
Joining date proof and current CTC proof from current company.
Previous companies experience letters if any.
Passport first and last pages.
Highest education final year mark sheet and certificate
