Qualification- Graduate
Client - A Leading Global Investment banking, securities and investment management company.
Official Notice Period- Preferably One month.
Job Responsibility:
Troubleshooting experience in Windows Active Directory.
Troubleshooting experience in MS Outlook.
Should Preferably exposure towards global or international environment.
Corporate enterprise domain infrastructure environment.
Should have VOICE base troubleshooting experience is mandatory.
Should have at least basic concept knowledge of Citrix/VM Ware/Virtualization, expertise would be added advantage.
Windows platform in Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
Windows Desktop and Server Operating system.
Good Understanding on the MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Power point etc.
Should be a very good team player, collaborative, self learner and self motivated.
Good understanding of English and good to excellent communication skills is must.
Should have customer handling skills.
Flexibility to work on 24*7 shifts.
NOTE: Its strictly for Voice Based troubleshooting requirement.
SKILL / EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting Active Directory & Outlook with global voice support.
Voice troubleshooting support is mandatory..
