Job Description :
Principal Purpose of the Job:
Should have strong background of Core Java,Multithreading.
Experience with Spring MVC framework is a must.
Experience on SQL server database is required (Stored procedures, Queries, triggers etc).
Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have exposure to client interaction.
Capital domain exposure is must.
Required behaviours/Competencies:
Excellent Communication Skills. Ability to proactively call out issues and risks and provide solutions.
Strong technical skills.
Requirements elicitation and analysis.
Consultative & Solution-oriented - Ability to propose design and development approach.
Ability to work in continuous integration setup.
Experience with handling high severity production issues.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Desired Profile:
1. Strong knowledge of OOPS
2. Good knowledge of Core Java
3. Good Knowledge of Multithreading
4. Good Knowledge of spring MVC
5. Good knowledge of Database also
6. Good to have domain knowledge of Capital Market/ Investment Bank/ Fixed Income/ Finance.
