The IA costing specialist is responsible for preparing the IA cost estimations as per the business needs and deliver the same within the agreed TAT. The Analyst focuses on the approved process for ensuring E2E delivery of the reports.
Skills:
Basics of Accounting, Costing, Taxation and good communication.
Environment:
Basic knowledge related to cost estimations.
Communication/Negotiation:
Ability to analyze the costing reports for various mobility plans for various country combinations and discuss with the Team lead and team members on the same.
Problem Solving:
Recognize problems / challenges related to projecting costings, discuss on the innovative solutions / approach and contribute for the process improvements.
Contribution/Leadership:
Works on additional projects special projects, understands the objective and vision of the team.
Impact on Business/Scope:
Accountable for timely delivery of reports to clients (IBM' Managers) ensuring accuracy and efficiency. To adhere to the Business control process and to do the regular audit of the process defined.
