Job description:
- Full Life-Cycle Recruiting, managing the entire recruitment process by closely working with the internal hiring managers
- Posting position, sourcing and screening candidates, schedule interviews for hiring managers, conduct reference checks, extend formal offers of employment and follow up to make sure offered candidates are on-boarded.
- Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified engineering professionals.
- Utilize internal and external databases to identify potential candidates.
- Track and report recruiting activities and results in structured reports.
Desired profile:
- End to end recruitment experience of hiring people for IT and Manufacturing industry
- Experience with a corporate in-house recruiting is an advantage
- Good networking within IT, Engineering and Manufacturing industry
- Experience working with multinational organization is a plus
- Must possess the ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams overseas
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
