Job Description :
- Provide direct technical assistance for customers all around the world via our Customer Service System - Collaborate with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service - Take ownership of technical issues, and report errors to development organizations - Ability to prioritze workload and handling of potential escalations or critical issues - Analyze coding (debugging, tracing, verifying complex customizing) - Create internal/external content for our knowledge base - Perform knowledge transfer to internal staff and external customers & partners - Involvement in product testing and validation - Participate in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance - Provide weekend and Holiday support as needed
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Relevant work experience on IT field - Good knowledge of ABAP - Experience in Support or Software Development - Knowledge in any SAP GRC is a plus - SAP Basis Administration or Security is a plus
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor degree in IT / Engineering / Computer Sciences or close to graduation - Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Programming skills - Technical document writing skills - Customer and quality focus - Ready for continuous learning and improvement - Open personality and professional communication style - Creative mind-set / out-of-the-box thinking - Fluent spoken and written English language skills are required
