Required skills:
We are looking for IT Recruiters with 2+ years of experience in US staffing.
Must understand end to end recruiting process and should have strong experience in sourcing candidates for US Geography.
Must be able to work on fulfilling complex requirements.
Must be proficient in different sourcing methodologies (Job Boards, Social media etc)
Willing to work in Night shifts (Supporting US East Coast Time Zone)
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools like Monster, Dice, Free job boards, Social Media.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Other Mandatory Skills:
Microsoft Outlook, Calendar
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with any Applicant Tracking System will be nice to have
