Job Description :
Provide the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and/ or lead a team of individuals in the day to day operation of the environments supporting the Emerson Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications. This includes but is not limited to: patch analysis and deployment, cloning, database tuning, monitoring, and problem resolution.
Communicate to stakeholders via standard methods (e.g. orally, email, ticket system)
Proactively seek out opportunities to improve operational efficiency, improve performance and reduce cost.
Facilitate the resolution of incidents and problems. Communication of same to stakeholders.
Facilitate the promotion of required changes in the applications of database through the lifecycle from development, staging and to production.
Development of technical procedures, scripts and associated documentation
