The incumbent will be responsible for
-Test/Interview Coordination
-Sourcing/Validating for Junior level Positions through various sources:
Job Portals
Employee referrals
Careers
Consultants, etc.
-Managing CV database
-Filing of test papers / resumes /evaluation sheets/etc.
-Coordinating and scheduling final interview of the candidate with the panel
-Follow up with both the candidate and the interview panel
-Preparing Offer Letter & releasing Offer to candidate
-Generating and updating various reports for recruitment
