Engg. ( Computer science / IT )

PROFILE DESCRIPTION-
Product Support group is single window contact for Aricent customers
& is involved in Product Deliveries & Post Sales Tier 1 Support.
All customer queries are routed thru Support. It works closely with various groups
(Business Group, Engg., Finance, Sales ) to get the required solution for customer
Person selected would be required to work in 24X7 shift. He would be associated
with Product Support group.
Tier 1 Support include following activities broadly--
1. Release management & shipment of products
2. Pre- Post sales support including-
a. Customer Query logging thru CRM Tool
b. Frequent interaction with customers & internal groups ( Engg. / Business group ) , mostly thru mails.
c. Ensuring on time resolution to customer meeting SLA compliance
d. License generation of products
3. AMC / Warranty management
4. Automation of tasks.
