Windows desktops/server, active directory, outlook configurations, backups, troubleshooting desktop issue, handles hardware issue and configures applications, inventory management.
MCSE 2008 and MCSA 2008, Extensive knowledge of Windows 2003 & 2008 Server. Knowledge of virtualization technology.
Hands on experience on Linux: To setup and manage UNIX /LINUX Network/system management tools. Mail server, proxy server, IP tables, firewall configuration. Power Shell or other scripting experience. SQL server Experience will add advantage.
Strong troubleshooting skills. Good verbal and written skills. Documentation experience
