Responsibilities:
- Ability to articulate and be precise in written and verbal communications.
- Able to coordinate network project tasks and maintenance windows with user community, peer network staff, and Change Management team.
- Ability to work with vendors and be professionally assertive when required.
- Able to relate information to technical and non-technical users, peers and senior leaders.
- Able to process ITAM and MACD items, and coordinate maintenance windows with user community and Change Management team.
- Able to work in Remedy on a list of delegated requests and incidents that must be completed within a fixed SLA.
- Ability to assign Remedy tickets to peer staff based on resource availability and competency.
- Review performance metrics for circuits and equipment and proactively open and resolve issues when need arises.
- Provide documentation as required including Asset Management, Smart-Net, RMA processing, IP management, Visio network topology, and others as required.
