Adherence to prescribed quality, productivity and compliance standards.
Experience in call center / credit card / collections areas.
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
Ability to gel well with a diverse team of high performing individuals.
Assist in the development of other employees.
May help to resolve escalated issues
Qualifications
0-3 years related experience in a call center / customer service / back - office / hospitality industry or environment.
Fresh graduates are also eligible.
Computer knowledge to which includes word, excel, power point.
