2)Thorough understanding of web application performance and scalability
3)Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object --- o riented coding and designing, high level and low level Design, Distributed systems and Systems Architecture.
4)Good understanding of database theory and experience in at least one Relational DBMS
5) Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
