-Analyzing and understanding the Technical requirements of the clients. Sourcing amp; Screening Profiles from Portals, social networking sites, User groups Through Cold calling, direct mailing, Preliminary interview of the candidate, Identifying amp; evaluating the key skills of the candidates with regard to the job description, checking their communication, Motivation, availability, location Interview Co-ordination with candidates Headhunting Following up Recruitment Process life cycle Maintain database trackers.
-Good communication skills - Must be able to speak and write well in English.
-Willing to work during weekends.
Employment Type:
Direct Contract for 6 months.
