Handle incoming employee calls and cases to the PF Helpdesk by using standard pre-defined processes and knowledge base
Provide appropriate resolution/response to the incoming calls and cases by following the quality parameters laid down for handling calls and cases
Document all information related to the calls or cases handled in the PF Helpdesk case management system
Adherence to schedules rolled out on a weekly basis by the Leadership team
Execute any ad-hoc responsibilities/tasks/projects assigned by Leadership team
Basic knowledge about MS Excel.
