Experience : 2 to 7 yrs
Job Description:
Play an active role in developing best sourcing/recruiting practices, new sourcing/recruiting avenues (job boards, tools, Social Media and forums) which could improve efficiency and quality of hires and candidate/hiring Manager experience
Interface with onshore stakeholders regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals and other sourcing/ screening/ candidate matters
Diligently pursue a broad and deep understanding of assigned requirements & provide directions to the team members on the same
Responsible to ensure effective tracking and reporting of data.
Primary Skills (Must have)
Strong understanding of US immigration /employment laws
Should have a strong know-how on how to leverage Social Media for sourcing/recruiting activities
Hands-on with various candidates sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching) both active and passive sourcing/recruiting techniques
Outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to excel; and the ability to lead others
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Open to work in the US hours (night shifts mandatory).
