Scheduling & Following up with candidates on a regular basis
Interacting with interview panels, candidates and the Recruiters

Closely work with the counterparts & stake holders to meet the business hiring goal
Responsible for generating/releasing Offer Letters, collecting BGV documents
Interact with the BGV team & coordinate for documentation purposes and not limited too..


Desired Candidates Profile

A graduate or above with good command over English
Should be a computer savvy, Good at MS Excel Sheet & MS Outlook
6 months of 1 year of any HR/recruitment experience
Should be confident and a go getter attitude
Need to be flexible to work beyond office hours to complete the given responsibilities
Should be staying in and around Whitefield, Marathalli or KR Puram as the working hours may be required to extend depending on work load and also at times need to coordinate onsite interviews in late evenings (No Transportation Provided)
