Riverbed experience is a must, Riverbed certification would be an added advantage

Cisco ACE and F5 load balancer
WAAS
Proxy IronPort and Bluecoat
Experience in routing and switching
BGP/MPLS
Juniper Platform experience
Good oral and written communication in English
Certifications : CCIE Security/ DC ( preferred ) , CCNP –Security
+ 3 years of experience in managing a Network Operations Team (LAN, WAN, WIFI, Riverbed)
Excellent Knowledge on MIS Reporting & KPI generation.
