Job Description:
This position is for the junior level IT Accounts Administration role. As an accounts administrator the candidate must be able to perform operational level support of User/Service Account Life-cycle and Access. Daily responsibilities will include the administration of user/service accounts, the vetting of group access, business applications, and remote access requests. Daily operations will include ticket assignment, troubleshooting and cross-organizational customer support. Communication is key, as this role will require collaboration and communication with all levels of the organization

Job Description:
Provide support for IT technologies pertaining to Hardware Engineering, including EDA tools, LSF, NetApp Storage, or FlexLM software licensing. Candidates with experience supporting SunRay or other UNIX remote access solutions (NX, Citrix, VNC, ssh) will be at a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities:
Provide tier 1 & 2 technical support to ASIC engineers working in a UNIX EDA environment.
Assist in the deployment and sustaining maintenance of IT grid infrastructure

Desired Profile
2 to 4 year IT administration experience in Linux or Unix environments.
Possession of the social skills necessary for professional interaction in a customer support role.
Excellent language, telephone, email, and other communication skills.
Confident, with the ability to deal with difficult customers in pressure situations (such as during IT outages).
Desire to learn and grow. Individuals in this role will expand their technical skill set at a rapid rate.

Job Description:
Title: Sr Programmer Analyst - ETL Informatica
We are looking for a Data Warehouse ETL Developer with broad experience building systems focused on information capture and delivery for business intelligence and analytics, using Informatica Power Center as the ETL platform. Experience with Informatica development a must.

This position will work with the ETL lead in San Diego to deliver the ETL components of the DW solution. The successful candidate will be hands-on in a development role in the construction, testing, and implementation of the ETL components.
Responsibilities: Develop ETL solutions in Informatica as part of the ITSR DW initiative.

Skills/Experience:
o 3-5 years of Informatica PowerCenter development Experience.
o Experience with Informatica tools such as Developer, Analyst and/or IDQ a plus.
o Understanding of star schema dimensional design, including SCD methodologies.
o Strong Oracle DB knowledge and PL/SQL background, Netezza experience a plus.
o Ability to communicate and work in a team atmosphere.
o Strong analytical skills to analyze data and follow through to get things resolved.
o QA testing and documentation experience.
o Ability to develop UNIX and PERL scripts for ETL processes.
o Ability to take the ownership and be proactive in solving problems.
o Ability to clearly interpret business requirement specifications and transform them into detailed ETL mappings.
o Understanding of client-server and web service architectures.
o Prior experience in contributing to planning and technical design.
