Job Description:
Fine tuning of PL/SQL packages and conversion of other processes ( Reporting tools) into PL/SQL
Upgrading Code written in older versions of PL/SQL to Oracle 11 PL/SQL best practices
Support of existing code (bug fixes, etc) - including overnight support
Developing new code as needed to support Reporting, Data Warehousing, and web based applications

Desired:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years programming experience writing Oracle 9, 10, and 11 PL/SQL and SQL packages, procedures and functions
Able to work in a Unix scripting (Bash, Korn shell) environment (not as the administrator, but familiar with this environment)
Demonstrated use case testing skills and documentation skills
Experience with Java programming would be a plus
Banking Domain experience would be a plus
Ability to work well and interact with others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
