Job Description :
We are seeking a qualified Sales and Business Development Executive with at least two years experience to develop our activity. Ideally he/she should have experience in selling new technologies (office automation, software publishing,etc...) to decision-makers (CEOs, HR directors, chief financial officers), or in HR services (recruitment, outsourcing, job boards, IT consulting, etc...) and already live in Bangalore (India).
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting for new clients within a defined sales area
Identifying decision-makers and defining their needs
Offering clients well-adapted solutions
Establishing reasoned sales proposals
Conducting negotiations and closing deals
Ensuring reporting of the sales
Responsible for attainment of quota on monthly and yearly basis.
Updating of CRM
10-20% of Travel to meet clients
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Sales or Business related subject
Two to three years experience in Sales
Perfectly fluent in English (written and spoken)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proven aptitude for business
Autonomous, responsible and ambitious person
