Position: Partner Technical Consultant
Group: Global Partner Services (GPS)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Offering targeted technical engagements to solve business problems to Microsoft Partners by identifying opportunities and delivering services proactively
Organization / Delivery of services such as Technical Webcasts, Presentations, Skills Transfer, Architecture planning/guidance to partners on Microsoft Solutions across the SDLC
Be a point of contact for all proactive technical engagements
Candidate Profile
Good xperience in customer/partner/technical service related roles
Strong knowledge on Office 365, Exchange Server and Lync (latest versions)
Demonstrate passion for MS products and technologies
Knowledge of competitor technologies is a big plus
Ability to design architecture/systems in complex business scenarios using MS & non-MS technologies preferred, but not mandatory
Experience delivering technical presentations desirable
Ability to understand and analyse issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
Strong communication skills
Critical Exposure areas;
Possess the ability to verbally explain MS Solutions in English to North American Customers/Partner with clarity and precision
Possess ability to deliver MS solutions in writing via e-mail
Proactively understanding customer/partner needs and deliver services that enable them to be successful
