Good communication skills
Must be comfortable working night/rotational shifts
International BPO experience preferred
CA/ICWA/B.E/B.Tech/ MCA/MSc/MBAs NOT eligible
Should NOT have 2 years break in education or Career
Should NOT have attended any TCS interview in last 6 months.
