Experience : 1 - 2 Years (Jobs for 1 Year Experience)
Job Description :
To complete Joining Formalities of new employees.
To Maintain Employee Database.
To Prepare Manpower Headcount on daily basis.
To prepare various reports related with HR
To handle complete HRIS
To prepare monthly salary.
Handling employee queries regarding:
Monthly Salary, Bonus and Incentives etc.
To Update leaves record of all employees.
To complete Exit Formalities.
Many more administrative task.
Any other task as assigned by the management.
Note: Job Location will be running project site any where in India.
