Associate Customer Support Representative
Key Responsibilities
1. Manual Order Entry - Transcription and entry of paper/fax customer purchase orders into MFGPRO/Siebel/Oracle system. Completely and accurately enter all relevant purchase order data elements including part numbers, shipping and billing information, and any special instructions. Orders are to be created per documented work instructions.
2. Quotations – Receive inbound quotation requests from Eaton Sites. Generate standard quotes using MFGPRO/Siebel/Oracle system. Completely and accurately enter all relevant data elements including part numbers and any special instructions regarding quantity or pricing.
3. PO Scanning, Proofing, Downloading PO from Portals and Indexing.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
B.Com/Gradute in any stream
• BBA Qualified
Experience Required
1. Fluent in written and spoken English.
2. Proficiency on Windows-based PC required.
3. Knowledge of Supply chain and Order Management
4. Keyboarding skills required – typing and 10-key. Minimum speed 35 WPM.
5. Flexibility and ability to multi-task required.
6. Experience in a business to business environment preferred.
7. Ability to work in non-standard shifts.
