Job description:
Customer Service Associates - Hindi Inbound Airline Process
*It is a Customer care project which handles end to end airline operation.
*Handling Customer Care related issues, Reservations, Web site support, Bulk bookings, Notification, Re booking,Credit card verification, Queues Management,
*Handling email management for all corporate and travel agent queries.
*Providing customer support over the call through inbound calling.
*It is a complete voice inbound profile.
Qualification : Any Graduate and BE Can also apply (Freshers are most welcome).
*Candidates should have good communication skills in English with Hindi fluency.
*Candidates should be able to speak English and Hindi fluently.
*Hindi speaking is mandatory.
*Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts/24*7 shifts.
