IT/ Technical Recruiter (6 Months Engagement)
Roles & Responsibilities:-
-Responsible for handling full recruitment process
-Working closely with Business Manager to identify -potential resource pool.
-Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job ---requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation.
-Develop & maintain network.
-Regular update of the Recruitment tracker & generating regular MIS
-Maintaining complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis by various sources i.e. Headhunting, Direct references, consultants, internal references and Job Portals.
Desired Profile :
- 0.6- 1.5 years experience in technical recruitment
- Good technical know-how of latest technologies
- Good understanding of IT recruitment trends
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in IT/ Technical hiring like C,C++,Java, .Net,Testing,DBA, etc.
- 0.6 - 1.5 yrs of relevant experience
- MBA Preferred
