Written and spoken fluency in business English
Experience working in a B2C environment
Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
Technologically capable - able to quickly learn customer service software applications
Strong problem-solving skills

SALARY -94500-180000 CTC
JOB LOCATION: SARITA VIHAR
SHIFTS: Rotational (Should be comfortable for 24X7 shifts
TRASPORTATION: Free both sided Cab Facility
