Designation: IT Recruiter - Direct Contract
Qualification: Any Graduate
Excellent Networking skills and should have recruited skill specifically into Java Technology & Database.
Smart, aggressive and ability to meet stringent SLA / Deadlines.
Go getter and having Strong IT Recruitment background & understanding of technology is must.
Knowledge of doing End to End recruitment till offer process.
Banking / Insurance - Domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
Open to travel for Drive on a short notice.
Open to stretch timelines and willing to work on Weekends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate should hold minimum 1.5 years of Hardcore IT recruitment experience.
