Resolve All Customer Queries And Follow Established Procedures As Appropriate.
Insurance Process.
Inbound Customer Service Calls from UK/ Australian Customers.
Provide Alternatives And Apply Call Handling Skills To Ensure Best Possible Solutions And First Call Resolution To Customers.
Adherence To Quality And Compliance Guidelines.
Desired Profile:
Graduate/Undergraduates. (Note B.E/B.TECH not eligible)
Freshers / Exp
Excellent Interpersonal, Relationship Building, Presentation & Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
Should possess sound Analytical, Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills.
Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
Change Management Ability & self motivating skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently
5 days working.
