Experience : 1-3 years

Job Description :
Installs, Moves, Adds and Changes (IMACS): Coordination of, installation of, and changes to desktops and laptops (and associated peripherals) and printers.
Maintain & troubleshoot network printing related problems.
Installation of OS upgrades and patches as and when provided by customer.
Performing periodic system performance tuning changing the system configuration parameters and re-organizing the disk space etc.
First level hardware support for the above equipment - Diagnosing the problem and getting the same resolved as per the severity level assigned to it.
Virus Control at the Desktops .
Diagnosing and rectifying any virus problems that can be fixed by the anti-virus tool.
Ensuring that all the desktops are patched from time to time basis.

Desired:
Very Good experience in desktop & Technology support.
Should have knowledge / experience on OS support
Good Experience in Hardware Maintenance and Desktop Level Support. Ability to Understand and support devices likes Desktops/ Laptops, Printers. Hands on experience in Installation & troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Printer, & Windows based applications.
Should possess good communication skills.

Resolving application related issues of Lotus Notes, LAN, Printer, Scanner and troubleshooting, Network monitoring.
Installation and configuration of business application software (i.e. MS Windows XP/Vista, MS Office XP/2007, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer, Antivirus)
Log incidents to different 3rd party suppliers and constantly chase up for updates and quicker resolutions to minimize the overall downtime and to have overall greater productivity.
Taking care of the various project escalations, timely call resolution within the SLA.

Desired:
Skills Required-
Technical - Experience in Hardware & Desktop level support , Web-Browser , Antivirus Clients , Email Clients, OS like Windows

Functional- Good Communication Skills.

Qualification - Any Graduate/ 3yrs Diploma.

Hands on experience Installing, Configuring , Troubleshoot of Windows XP/7.0 , Windows server 2003/2008
Hands on experience in Installing, Configuring , Troubleshoot of mail clients like MS Outlook , Lotus Notes etc..
Good understanding of of Softwares such as MS-Office, Acrobat Reader , Business Applications , Internet browsers etc.
Good Knowledge on Installation of different anti-virus on desktops and its role play/troubleshoot,Configuration of Print devices (network and local) on desktops with troubleshoot at first level .
Good Interpersonal skills & customer support attitude
