2.Providing support to underwriter and agency
3.Meeting TAT & Accuracy Daily/weekly SLA
4.Follow established procedures & guidelines for processing of endorsements
5.Investigate and resolve customer/agency/underwriters queries
6.Calculating premium impact of the endorsements and report out
7.Communicating with customers through email & Web service request.

Desired Profile:

1. Good written, comprehension and verbal communications skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills
4. Attention to detail and accuracy
5. Candidate Must be a Graduate either BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc-Non IT/ BBA/ BBM.
